is a small residence of 5 terraced houses built with attention and care, finished with the typical Sardinian granitic stone that gives it a unique touch. So Portigheddu is located in a strategic position from where you can easily reach the famous beach "La Cinta" and the equally famous center of the town (both are 1 km away from the residence). In addition, it is surrounded by peace and tranquility since it is located on a private and closed road, where the only sounds you will hear are the sweet song of the cicadas and the wind rustling through the leaves of olive trees, perfumed bushes and sugherine.

A few steps from So Portigheddu: a supermarket well equipped with everything including fresh products, a pharmacy, a car and bike rental, a rotisserie, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.

From the residences it is easy to reach the highway that connects all the main towns of Sardinia, i.e. the "Quattro Corsie" (131 DCN): travelling from the port or airport of Olbia, towards Nuoro, you get to So Portigheddu in only 20 minutes. From So Portigheddu the south of Sardinia can be reached in just a two and a half hours drive.
